  • New Smoker in Indiana

    Hi!

The name is Mark and I am not only new to this forum, but new to smoking as well. So far there has been one pork loin smoked on my Camp Chef Pro pellet smoker/grill. I hope that some day I might be able to offer a word of wisdom here, but until then I am ready to be educated.
