    Hey everyone! I'm planning some goodies for Thanksgiving and thought I would drop by and check out some smoked turkey recipes. Hope everyone is doing well, been a long time!

      Waaay too long, hi there.
      Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
      My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                  Hot dang!!! Good to see you back, lil Lady... We've missed our Squirrel Gurl around here...

                  I smoked up a turkey breast last year using Rich's poultry brine & MHGP... Turned oot pretty tasty...
                  Rich may have some good ideas aboot a smoking turkey...
                  .

                    Hey Cheryl! Rich’s brine is what I’m using. Beer n butter injected boobs are excellent also. Great to hear from you!
