    Doing a wedding for 150 people tomorrow...20lbs of chicken, 40lbs of pork,75lbs of brisket,pork belly smoked baked beans and smoked Mac & Cheese on the menu along with veggies...gonna be a 20hr cook..will post pictures of finish product tomorrow

        I'm jealous.
        Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
        My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

          I tried to get my daughter to let me BBQ for her barn wedding in April... but she wasn't having any of it!!! She did pick braised short ribs and a chicken dish from the caterers.

          Lookin' forward to the finished pics!!!

              Hmm curious..why not chicken last? Err..you just pulling and reheating? After all you could easily cooler brisky/butt for a few hours while you deal with the yardbird.

                I pull the chicken and pork night before pour all juices over and re heat before serving...did this method for previous weddings and always works out great..
