  • Jalapeno powder.

    Decided to smoke some japs and dry to make into a powder.

    Used corn cob pellets in my mes. 12 hours in the smoker then into the drying machine. 29 hours total.









    I was sweating while crushing. Seems hot. Want to make some hot sticks.

    Nice work.. split 'em before the smoke next time. Reduces the load on the dehy.

                      But that is surely grinding them the hard way...Try using a blender or better yet Magic Bullet to grind...
