  • Homemade Burgers!

    Homemade burgers.

Tri Tip, Chuck and a pound of bacon. ALL ground, twice, together

    Seasoned the meat.

Turned into burgers ready for the Q!

Smoked them for Two hours at 240* over Apple and Cherry wood. Than placed them on the grill topped with a blend of BBQ Sauce, Spicy Wing Sauce and dry seasonings.

Completed with pepper jack cheese and the usual Mayo, Mustard, Ketchup and pickle.

    THEY CAME OUT AMAZING!!!!

Did you use the Jim Beam to season the burgers, or just the cook?

                  Either way, nice job.

My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

Sir my recipe calls for about 2 shots for the seasoning and 1 for the prepare-er
