  • Pellet grill searing

I built a grill using 1/4" mild steel and installed a pellet pro hopper.
Maintains temp very well now I need to sear as I need to downsize my cookers.
Looking at sear daddy from Smoke Daddy.
Has anyone tried this yet looking for ideas.
    Thanks

Yeah..what about a gas assist for that sear range? Guess I don’t know the construction details, but seems like a burner oughta be able to be incorporated?
