The Sweet corn was great, but no better than the stuff Mrs Bear makes in a pot on the stove. IMO It's not worth the effort to SV Sweet Corn.

But when we dont grill it we steam it...20-25 minutes max...

I'm gonna keep on using my SV mainly for making Tough Cuts Tender, and for reheating leftover Smoked Meats, especially my Prime Rib & Filet Mignon without changing their Texture & Doneness in the process.
No more SV for Corn & other Veggies at the Bear Den.
