    Never had beef ribs with this much meat
    Rubbed first with JAB and then with TD...
    Smoked @ 250 with olive wood
    This pic is from the 3-4 hour mark...


    After 7-8 hours they were between 190 and 200 and probe tender...
    So in they come to rest for another hour...


    Sliced and ready to eat...


    Freaking amazing...

                Yup, you nailed that one.

                Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                            Not seen that much meat on a beef rib around here unless you pay 9.88/lb. That looks really good.
