  • Crab, Cheese & Potato Casserole

I made this in 3 large Ramekins to be served as a main dish. It could also be served as a side dish.
Pic are not real good, hard to get clear pics with everything being white

    Potatoes ready to be baked

Crab meat finely shredded(seems to work better than lump for this recipe)

    Italian cheese

Potatoes baked, peeled, & rough smashed. I add in butter, sour cream, S & P, and 1/2 & 1/2 and mix to desired consistency. Then I gently fold in cheese & crab meat

    Mixture put into Ramekins

Italian cheese now layered over mixture and dusted w/CBP

Ramekins placed on pan and put into Keg heated to 400° using RO lump & orange wood

    Hot out of the keg

Ramekin served with couple pieces of toasted Italian bread slathered with garlic butter

    Thanks for lookin'

Okay, I'll be blunt. I'd pound the living hell out of that.

Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
