    Outstanding Everything looks delicious

I use a similar spice mix when I do salmon. We like it firm also.

      Sockeye Inside.....

Thanks Jim. Sockeye seems to "get firm" pretty quick. Personally, I like it cold. Especially in this salad mix.

It's good fo me Craiger! And that salad, if you get it in your area (comes in a bag) is killer. My SIL serves it with Goat cheese chunks, and its even mo better. Give it a try if y'all see it

No bag on this fillet. Wild and fresh this was (apparently) butt I will buy it frozen also if it looks good. Used to get it (Sockeye) on sale, previously frozen on sale at $3.99 lb. a few years back, $4.99 lb a couple years later. Those days are gone for sure. On sale it was $12.99 lb. regular $15.99 lb. Just needed something different than beef, pork, chicken for a change. I eat it for a few days, cold, in salads and dips. Makes a great dip!

Me and mrs. engineer have been doing a lot of salad from a bag recently... Super convenient and tasty! We use that as a base and then whore it up with different toppings salmon being one of them.
