  • Brisket sausage?

    Anyone tried this? Been hearing/reading about this and am interested. Anyone, anyone, Buhler, anyone?
    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

    Never seen brisket sausage but they do have ribeye sausage around here in some smaller stores.

        Not sure what you are asking.. Using brisket meat in sausage or using smoked brisket in sausage??

          Sure it’s raw brisky. Prolly a good fat/lean ratio. Cut out the hard stuff..

                  Sounds like it might be good. I'll check out some recipes and give it a go eventually, especially since I have all of your backing.
