  • Coconut Shrimp BAKED With A Mad Hunky Twist

Followed this recipe pretty close, with the exception of the spices. I figured the MHGP would be perfect for an addition to SnP. Damn, pretty fricken amazing for BAKED Coconut shrimp. 400* for aboot 14 mins. Dipping sauces were Thai Chile and Orange marmalade mixed with Dijon and Horseradish. Served with steamed rice. Kinda long prep thyme (reading off Ipad) butt I think next thyme should cut aboot 5-10 mins off that. Really good for baked, butt frying is probably mo better.
