I'm a new one here, from west central Wisconsin, I'm a retired molding engineer doing a three day a week gig for a baby food company. I was searching around for smoker designs when happened to latch onto BBQ Engineer's thread about a small insulated cabinet smoker and decided to stay and learn something about the art of smoking. I don't own a smoker yet but plan to build one come spring, so I can smoke some venison bacon, wild turkey, try my hand at making my own bacon, and doing up some of the salmon we catch in lake Michigan.
Hope to have fun here.

Glad you liked my small cabinet smokers, and glad you decided to hang around and be a part of the conversation. There are a lot of good people here, with a ton of great ideas about BBQ.
