yeah that was kinda interesting. Shredded carrots, raisins or sultanas (golden raisins) and maybe a dash of honey and vinegar. Was quite sweet, but worth giving a go.
By the time I tasted it, I couldn't remember who'd brought it (it was a looooong day) or I would have asked
