First Shot at Moinkers, Moink Balls, Chupacabra Nuts or Whatever They're called.
I was smoking nuts today, so I figured why not treat the meat ball to the same thing as the nuts.
So I melted some butter, added honey and a Tbs of MH, coated the meatballs it that, then wrapped the bacon and added my own rub to the wrapped meatballs. My rub has quite a bit of brown sugar, and I thought that'd give me a nice kinda candy coating.
These turned out great and it is most definitely on the list of favorites with my house now.

Nice balls, Sir! (Not many places can a guy get away with that statement) It appears your sweeter rub did give you a bit of carmelization there eh. Well thought out!

I made 66 of them and got 1. The kids had them gobbled up before I even set them on the table.

I'd be happy to Pete Rose into a plate of them! Looking good Tom, as always. I dig the photo rotation as well
Thanks for sharing
