Only had time for a small quick smoke before going to the County fair tonight, but wanted to get a short test cook on the newly created mini WSM I made from my smokey joe. Came out great! It held between 250-260 the entire cook and didn't show any signs of slowing down but I had to shut her down when I left. Did a few wings with MH rub, hot Italian sausage, and a couple Abts dusted with MH rub as well. I used Royal oak lump and cherry wood chunks. Here is a couple pics:
