  • Smoky burger beer potato cheese soup

Had 2 burgers left over from a get together(football playoffs). Despite the sunny weather it is still very cold here, and I wanted some soup. So I made soup. Standard ingredients, except instead of just sharp cheddar I added some smoked Gouda. Then I crumbled up the grilled burgers that were slow cooked with mesquite. Garnished with green onions and BOOM BANG BING dinner is served.

that sounds fantastic...I'd prolly get some frito scoops or some of the tostito scoops and use that as my dip...that'd be so good.
