I posted this whole thing last night, just minutes before it went down. I guess I was saying I took out a couple slabs of spares and louied them. With the trimmings made a couple Italian Meat fatties. Although I have tried this rub at the Flushing Rib Burn smoked by pro's, I needed to give it a whirl at home. It was just as I remember and even my picky 3 year old granddaughter enjoyed the ribs.
Applied the Mad Hunky Rub.

My kids were out this day and like alot of sauce ( I don't ) so I just gave em alittle.
No pic's of the sliced fatties. This is a real good rub with flavors that I have never added to my rub's, You should just try for yourself if you havn't already.
