Yeah that apple one lookes interesting. Done astuffed loin with apple but not a fatty.
Have to think about that :-)

Probably go with mustard rather than sugar though.

Had Thanksgiving dinner with some folks from your side of the pond CA, outstanding people. My oldest just rode out with them this morning with the friends of ours they were staying with for a week long trip to Colorado. Wonder if he'll come back with an accent

Unfortunately no sliced pics, she claimed she took one of the spinach fatty but I never got the text

She did say they received rave reviews!! So I am pleased.

Hmm, well there ya go - didn't use mustard after all . But pork apple and mustard is a great combination. Particularly if you use a vinegary wholegrain mustard
