        Been making bacon with Bear's recipe for a while
        there is no way I'll ever buy "store" bacon again.

                Very nice, BD!

                One thing I've found on bacon is, it greatly benefits if you treat it like cheese.

                Smoke it, wrap it, and let it sit in the fridge a week or so before you slice and package. Actually got sick this year and it went almost two weeks and is the best I've made.
