Default Multiple Beef Sammies (Tender Eye Round)

Multiple Beef Sammies (Tender Eye Round)


After my Eye Rounds (Pic #1) came out so Tender from the Sous Vide Machine, I couldn’t wait for the “After Sammies”.

So I made a couple different kinds (Below) and took some Pics to show you guys.

The meat was so tender, I could load a sammy up & easily Bite right through.

The Hot Roast Beef & Gravy (Supper #2):
First I put some Gravy on the plate.
Then a slice of Bread & a little gravy.
Then some cut up Beef & a little more Gravy.
Then another slice of Bread & some more Gravy.
Then some Tater Tots on the side, and guess what “Some Gravy on them too”.


Roast Beef Sammy in Roll (Suppers # 3 & 4):
Put Horsey Sauce on both sides of Steak Roll.
Load it with Heated Sliced Eye Round leftovers.
Close it up & Add a Pickle.

MRS Bear made the dessert:
Blueberry Zucchini Bread——And The Bear Loves It !!!

Looks great (as always), John. I've done individual Eye of Round steaks SV and they came out great. Will have to try a whole Eye next time I see them on sale. The BEST thing about SV is the ability to make tough cuts tender, just hope the stores dont catch on and start charging $6.99/lb for rounds.

I thought about that too, but I guess there's not enough of us doing SV yet.
If SV use keeps expanding the price is liable to take off.

I just did a 1" thick Top Round for 10 hours & it was still pretty tough.
Guess I gotta try 15 hours on one like that.
