    That's just what the doctor ordered.


    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                    FYI: we Cajuns usually add andouille or other smoked pork sausage to the mix.

                        I am of Cajun decent, born in Lafayette. Sometimes you do, sometimes you don. Mostly with shrimp I don. Start puttin some crab or mudbug or shellfish in dere an oh yea! With mudbug for sure!

                          Life time ago, we camped in Florida as kids, then later while in college. One college trip we brought several sacks of 'bugs with us. Put 'em in the shower, water dripping to keep 'em cool and alive till ready.

                          Neighbors came over to ask whats with the 'bugs in the shower. We told for eatin'. What? We only use them for bait, they said. Long story short, we converted them.

                          Gotta spread the gospel to the unenlightened!!!!
