This was the first time I've used the B&P ECA which the instructions say to use at half the rate as the LEM ECA. I ran with 1.5 times the B&P recommendation (halfway between the two amounts). In retrospect, I'm thinking I could have gone with the full LEM rate, but I like that twang ECA gives. I can taste it a little less in this batch than I remember when using the LEM, but my recollection is it was stronger when I used the LEM (but again their recommended rate was more per pound).
I'm sort of thinking they are basically about the same strength and they just recommend different amounts.
