  • Workin' in the yard food.

Sunday was a gem weather-wise here and got some weeding done and the annual spraying to control them. Lots more to do of course but we got it started. A couple of days before, took out some chicken thighs and CSR's from the deep freeze, marinated the chicken with Italian dressing and Franks and into the Tumbler, the CSR's just got some Honey Hog rub. I also did a pan of mac & cheese for the side, using 3 sharp cheeses and some Gruyere.
Did the pork on the Egg, and the others on the 26'er. Plenty left over for some lunches this week.

    As always, thanks for looking.

Nicely done Jim... I especially like the multiple cheese mac and cheese. I do that also, and the Gruyere sets it to another level!

            Drinks well with others

Awesome, Jim! There is nothing much better than doing a little prep, putting it on the grill / smoker while you do yard / garden work. Kind of motivates you to do the work knowing that your supper will be ready when you are done!

Becky, you hit the nail right on the head. A little classic rock and a couple beers help as well.

Thanks everyone for the kind words and points.
