Just a line to introduce myself. My name is "Butch". I live in east central Florida, semi-retired and ready to get my feet wet and jump into the meat smoking world. Have never done this before and am looking forward to learning how to smoke a variety of foods (and of course eating all my mistakes). I will be ordering a Grilla Silverbac pellet smoker in the near future because, as a newbie, I hope I won't mess up my cooks to bad. I am looking forward to reading these forums and gaining the knowledge required to become a decent cook with all of the masters affiliated with this site.
