Maverick Probe Cleaning

I have put one that got wet into a pan with 300* oil in. Submerse all the way with the braid end sticking up. You will notice bubbles coming out of the braid end of probe, (water cooking out). Worked for me........

Once they are hosed, I can't trust them. Replacements are cheap, and as was said earlier, the replacements come with a longer cable.
