    Poultry Brine

    I put four chickens in Mad Hunky poultry brine last night (Friday) about 10 pm with the intention of smoking them today( Saturday) but of course my plans got changed and I won't get to smoke them till tomorrow (Sunday), will they be okay left in the brine for about 36 hours?

          join the bad busy club...got a garage fridge...brine container lid has a hole drilled in it with a temp gauge stuck in it...works for me...that way if my grand kids in & out of the fridge getting a drink...i know the temp...
