    'Twas expected

    Chris Chelios is no longer a Wing.

    An antagonist of the Wings for years, he was purt near hated here in Detroit. After Detroit aquired him, it was 2 seasons before I could even THINK about getting along with the idea. But, I tell you what... he was VERY good at what he did. Mainly piss off opposition players, and play a hard-nosed style of defence.

    It is time, Chris... rest on yer laurels, have some beers and relax- wait graciously for the shoe-in HOF induction.


    And..thank you.

      He did his job as well as many younger guys. But , yes, it was time. I have eaten at chelies place a time or two before tiger games. Great food, and the brisket sandwich is mentionable for sure!
