  • Venison Bacon

    Made 50 pounds of ground/formed venison bacon these last couple of days. Didn't have enough free hands to take pics of it all, but here are the last three loaves out of eight. I'll slice some up tomorrow and add the pics. The Smoke Vault took all day to get these done. Used some cherry chips along with a couple chunks of hickory.


    Sliced one pan.

    Pan fried.
