I made an order too... altho I do not like the "strip" thing that they use to provide the air passage. When cut, this is open on one end, and when packing dry rubs...which..I seem to do ALOT of... it gets between if you are not careful, and makes emptying difficult.

I AM pleased with the durability of the polymer however :{)

Umm interesting point .... For me the wet meat out weights the dry pack ...... I can always get a roll of foodsaver at a Dept store if need be

Wow. I gotta say I'm a sucker for good customer service. Because of what you guys are posting about that and Lisa, I'm going to their site to check it out. I recently got a Sous Vide water bath cooker that utilizes vacuum sealed bags. I have a FoodSaver, but I'm looking for something a little different. Thanks for posting the good feedback.
