  • Tatonka Dusted Stuffed Beef Tenderloin & Blue Cheese Red Taters

Made one of these a couple weekends ago. Really wanted to use the Tatonka dust on it, but my friend doesn't care for it. MossyMo, (Marty) Thought I had used the T dust and wanted to use the pic. I could say I made this just for him, but that wouldn't be true. It was so good, I wanted to make another. Well, she told me where she got it, and I was driving right past the place Wednesday. $7.13. How can you beat that? Two meals and I didn't have to stuff it.

This time I used the Tatonka Dust on it. Much better choice. Didn't clash with the pepper jack cheese. Didn't over cook it this time, either. Juicy and tender.

Also wanted to try the blue cheese compound butter on the hassleback red potatoes. Added some chopped fresh basil. OMG! Not sure which was better.

Just used the gasser, because it was a week night. Heck, it was 8:00 PM by the time I ate as it was. Definitely worth it. Ate the leftovers tonight.

Marty, you can use any of these pics. Thanks for checking it out.

Thanks for the comments and points. It was delicious. Even reheated last night. And those potatoes are to die for. Both versions.

A little more info on the taters. Mine were smaller, so only nuked for 5 to 7 minutes. Then in the grill at 350ish for a 1/2 hour.
