      LMAO Ice!

He's a great kid, Vegan or not. He's been really into working oot the past 4 years or so, and wants to try it oot to cut more weight. Lost 10#'s in 3 weeks doing it? I just try to support him as best I can when he comes home
Would be tough for me though

Looks like a fine meal Scott. Even if it's a little light on the meat I could
still make do with the pineapple and grilled veggies (once).

My daughter tried the vegetarian thing for a while...Problem was she didn't like vegetables I even grilled tofu for her...She wouldn't eat it...She went for months eating mostly french fries and cheese...

Till one day I was slicing up a summer sausage and she snagged a piece as she walked by...You could just see her melt with joy...And from there she never went back...

Good for your son (I guess) and good for you for helping out...
It looks great to me...Like some side dishes for great (meat) BBQ...

                Looks Great Scott !!!
I'll have to remember that when my Older Sis & her Husband come up to visit from NC.
They're Vegans for 30+ years, but they supplied Fillet Mignon at their 50th Wedding Anniversary Party last month (For the rest of us), so I should return the favor.

For many its a phase thing. I have a buddy who did it for a year. One day I brought in MH HAW & Tiger Sauced wings that I slow cooked on my YS640 with Apple wood pellets... I brought in a lot of wings! An hour later he had a pile of bones on his plate only a carnivore would be proud of. That was the end of his vegan deal.

Anyway good on you for supporting him. It obviously means a lot to him. Also nice work on the meal. It looks amazing Scott.
Smoke it.. and they will come!
