Didn't feel like cooking tonight, butt felt like eating [emoji3] Had a couple chicken thighs in fridge, so cut them into strips and coated with some EVOO, then House Autry Chicken seasoning and on to the Blackstone for aboot 5 minutes per side covered. Put a couple potatoes in the MW for 8 mins and I was eating dinner. Could easily be done on CI, regular fry pan, etc. Was excellent, crispy - yet tender. Could add gravy and a veggie for a super supper, butt not tonight. Love the convenience and food off of the Blackstone.
