  • Stuffed venison tenderloin

I've been living in Michigan upper peninsula since spring in my new 5th wheel camper. Finally I got good Wi-Fi in this campground to post.

Bacon wrapped Stuffed venison tenderloin seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning. Stuffed with garlic, onion, jalapeno, and mozzarella string cheese sticks and served with a Old Fashion. Life is good

    Yum

    All that's going in

    On the outside grill

I better mix up another cocktail

    Looking good

    Lala:....done

Could of used a sauce I'm thinking. But good flavor, tasted good for what I had in the frig...

    Enjoy:

A mushroom/garlic/red wine thing for a sauce..but hell... I don’t think the meal suffered for the lack of that. Well done sir!

That all looks delicious! I have always cooked peppers and onions before I stuff them in to anything but I see you did not. Were they done OK?
