  • Zummo's Cajun Sausage

Found a really good sausage product made in Beaumont TX since 1908 and distributed all over the country. They even have Boudain. Just heated them up in the MPS.

Never seen them up here, seems the only way they sell is by the case.. Not sure if I would buy a 12 pound case.. I would have to keep an eye out for them when I am in central market next time, they seem to carry a lot of Texas made products..

Not to mention the $59 shipping per case. Looks like good stuff, but too spendy for me to ship and I'd have to drive to cali to get some locally, which would be more expensive than shipping them.

We paid $65 per 20 lb box at the dock. I wouldn't pay to ship it either but their website list a bunch grocery stores that carry the product, mainly Walmart.

Zummo's is a very high quality sausage.

I have not seen it at my WM, but I shop the Walmart Neighborhood Market not the big stores.. Maybe I need to hit them up to see if they have them..

I think I saw some at the local Publix a while back. I'll have to look again next time I go.

I love coming home. My back porch smells just like a BBQ joint.....

They carry the boudain at Kroger's in Tennessee. Haven't seen the smoked sausage.

I can get the Zummo's Boudain in my stores here...Only the mild...Compared to other Boudain I have had this stuff is way too high in rice and a bit too low in flavor...

BUTT! I would love to try some of their other sausages...

Hey TH, I don't know about the sausage, but I have been buying the Zummo's Boudin for years at both Albertson's and Kroger. However last week, Albertson's didn't have it and I had to buy Holmes boudin. It was good too.
