  • What size Vortex?

Hi guys, just got a new Weber performer 22" and want to add a vortex to the toolbox. What size would be best? Looks like the small and medium would both work, just wondering what the general consensus is?
    Thanks.

I got the medium and really like it but sometimes I think the small would have been better (more room for indirect cooking with the small).

I also have the medium for my 22in,and was also thinking the same for more room. But I was wondering how much of a temp difference there would be between the med/small?Just looking to add more WINGS!

No temp diff really. I use both the small and medium... depending on what the cook is.

I use the medium in my 22"s, and the small in my 18"...

The first vortex I ordered was the small one. It's great for some cooks. But the small end is too small for searing large rib eyes and T bones. So I ordered a medium as well. I use them both in my 24 inch Viking kettle grill. If you want to go with just one, I'd recommend the medium for a 22 inch kettle.
