  • Tried some salted smoked fish....check it out

    20160903_133321.jpg salting them up 20160906_234930.jpg20160906_111356.jpg20160919_114520.jpg dried them.in my dehydrator for about 14 hours..20160919_085741.jpg in the smoker for 4 hours... not bad for my first time...what you think.[emoji4] [emoji4]

    I think I’d have used cure... but yer prolly OK if enough salt was used.

    This is a good application for Cure #1.
