So I'm all about loving a good cheesesteak, but even better sometimes is a Philly pork sandwich. Couple years ago Travel channel had a contest and America's best sandwich was the pork sandwich from DiNik's down in Philly at Reading terminal market. Thin sliced pork with sharp provolone and broccoli rabe. The juice from the meat gets roll slightly wet. OMG it's good. I actually prefer roasted reds over the broccoli rabe. Here is a pic of DiNiks and second a shot of my pork Sammie from last Friday from a local bar with roasted reds cheese on tops under broiler for a quick melt on a Conshohocken roll! Served with a side of jus for dipping. This was so good I'm getting one again this Friday!
