        Taco in order!
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

word of advice.........get a can of high temp black paint and spray the underside of the flat top itself........especially in a high humidity area.......takes a couple of minutes.

That's why I'm afraid to get one. Would have to live outside, and the humidity here is Don't think it would last long.

Any chance you'd be willing to share your recipe?

                          i gots no secrets....

i don't use recipes but for the marinade i put 2 chopped onions, a head of garlic, 2 jalapenos, 1 bunch of cilantro, the juice of 2 oranges 1 lemon 1 lime, some southwestern style rub i make, black pepper and olive oil.........blend that till smooth and then zip lock that and some "flap" meat and let it go overnight. sear on high heat on the grill and then chop real good and then on to the flat top....hope this helps a little.

That would be any place with more humidity than Arizona, right?
