  • chorizo con huevos y pappas a la plancha..................

    sure i coulda made this indoors but it's not safe to burn propane indoors......so they say........

    homemade chorizo.......haven't found any better out there if i say so myself...


    then for the potatoes.......


    to speed things along found a cover.....


    these flat tops do potatoes really well...........


    not too bad on eggs either....


    breakfast of champions.............

    You are killin' me.
    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

        Oh man does that ever look good! I haven't had breakfast yet and now I'm starving.

        Is your chorizo recipe one you've posted here or is it a heavily guarded secret? A searched turned up nothing for me.

        for making my stomach growl......literally!

          I love it Rob...I made the same damn thing last week using spicy pulled pork instead of chorizo...And of course mine had a name I could pronounce

                              Man that looks good, I love good Chorizo and I bet your home made Chorizo is incredible. Its sure hard to find store Chorizo that isnt swimming in grease, which usually has me circling the crapper soon after. I didnt see any grease slick running off your Mex sausage, oh yeah! Southwestern breakfast of champions!

                              Gotta give out some breakfast for making me hungry again right after I ate breakfast!
