We use to make Discada using propane cylinders in the parking lot tailgating UTEP football...
1 lb diced bacon to start and after its rendered add 1 lb chorizo (the bright red Peyton's chorizo is my favorite) and 1 lb diced pork. When the meat is done add a ziplock sandwich bag of diced onions and a zip lock bag of diced tomatoes. Some sliced jalapeños or green chilies if you like and as the Discada cooks down warm the tortillas around the edge and serve from the disco. No plates, knives or forks... just a napkin. Double or triple the recipe for a large crowd.

Great friend. You will love it. You can cook pretty much anything you can think of on that thing. I love mine. When 2 of us at work built ours last year, we started a trend. Now about 10 more guys acquired one and everybody loves them. Care for it like cast iron and it will serve you well.Arron W.
