I made these up while I am waiting on my St. Louie Style Ribs..
I think these would go great with the Ahumado Bandolero's as an appetizer...
One pound of the bacon..
36 -42 Semi Thawed Tater Tots..
Take each tot and wrap bacon around the tot one time.. Skewer with toothpick..
Place on wire rack & pop in the smoker..
They should smoke about a hour maybe a little more.. When done, put on serving plate with the toothpicks.. and a side of your favorite dipping sauce..
If you use cheap bacon the tot can swell during smoking and bust the bacon.. So use a good style bacon..
You can get 3 tots per strip of bacon and sometimes 4..
