  • Finally some time to smoke, it's been a busy few weeks...

Well I finally got some ME time . And of course I went out back to my mancave and spent some time with my smoker .
I was finally putting on some CB that I had curing all week and Mrs BP requested I do another fattie so I had to ablige . I had some wings and some peps so here ya go..

I had some wings setup marinating in a mango sauce in the fridge already from the day before.

Took out the wings and rubbed them down .

I picked up some sausage for the fatties, got a great price for the links..

Here is the Chicken Parm fattie.

And the spinach and bacon fattie.

Both fatties all rolled and seasoned.

Here are the peps and stuffing..

And everthing went in the smoker and here is the finished produts..

    Thanks for peekin...

Whatever for? If I was there I'da been eatin it before it ever got to the plate. If there's any leftovers.... that's what plates are for!

Great ABT's! Lovin that spinach, cheese, & bacon fatty too!
