I guess I could pull a couple of the packages of Canadian bacon out of the freezer.

I had a red onion in the fridge i used it on, worked good and some pepperoni slices i had open

I opened a Ziploc baggie of Canadian bacon from last Sunday's smoke and vac packed it.

Pretty cool.
