Our Home Depots now have the two 20lb packs for $9.88. I'm going to print their ad and take it to Lowe's who currently have the same for $9.99. Lowe's will match the price and then give you another 10% off so I figure I can get two 20lb bags for $8.89.

Just pulled the HD add and it is 12.99 here in Dayton... ugg.. looks like I have to settle for 9.99 at lowes.... still a good deal....LOL!

Unless you do Magnolia's trick on the price match----- wal mart is actually the better deal by about 1 cent per pound haha. 2 packs (15lbs each) KB for $6.98.....

Either Wally World or HD really heck of a deal. I'm sure lowes will follow.

I already have 7 twin packs in the garage and will prob snag more before the sale ends.


Also, my Walmart here in CO had 17lb(I think) bags of RO lump red for like $9(or maybe $10?). Not too bad.

Yeah picked up a double pack of kingsford for $9.99 at lowes today. Should have looked at the hd ad first. Still better than the $18.99 I payed at sams a month ago.

I'm looking at the new Lowe's ad that just came today and they are advertising 2 "20" lb bags for $9.99 of the Kingsford R-W-B bag.

Best Pre-Memorial Day prices I've seen on it here.

Thanks, Becky. That's what I was looking for. Have to give my son the heads up. We don't care for it much for smoking, but he does a ton of grilling. Usually stock him up with about a dozen bags. Only a couple Lowes around and they suck to get to. HD's are more convenient.

I hear yeah Ray.. It's been many a moon since I bought briquets, but it sure makes it easy when you can buy it so cheap.. I hate burning through all my lump for grilling and when I want to fire up the LongHorn I have to run to the store to get more lump??

Dont know here you live, but the Lowes here, in their ad, has a limit of 2 packages per customer. I'd read the ad first to make sure.

Yeah it is two per customer.... but they did not say how many trips you can make..... Going back today to get two more and that should be good for me til Labor day when they put them on sale again...
