      Heh..well.. a plate prolly won’t make it there. But..I also picked up a nice 3.5 Lb filet of salmon that’s in the brine /cure for smoking tomorrow.

                    Well, I know a guy. Serves a 45 day old dry aged beef. 2 pound porterhouse seared and served with some farm to table okie veggies. Best part is we get tri tip for appetizer!
