  • Meatloaf: it's just chopped steak.

Since Graig ( Smoke Freak ) open a meatloaf post I jump on the wagon and gave me an idea for dinner. Smoked meatloaf why not..

Ingredients: beef, and stuff that goes in meatloaf can't remember: a handful of this, a dash of that, a squirt of this, couple glugs of that. Voila meatloaf.

I'm MES it goes at 275* I think it took 2 hours, with Apple & Hickory.
    It makes meatloaf great again.

Thanks Graig for planning my dinner.

I made meat loaf patties a year ago in my SV. A quick sear to give a crust, add sauce and boom, dinner. Turned out great. Don't be hating

If that last pic doesn't want you to go make a meatloaf, I don't know what would.

                        Excellent job.
