  • After work burgers. Yes!

Been awhile since I've done this. Had a nice day here today and I was able to fire up a kettle after work and cook a few burgs. Took 3 frozen ones out, added some T-dust and smoked with oak till thawed. Threw over the coals to finish, one with blue cheese, one with sharp, and the other with smoked cheddar.
Had the blue cheese one for dinner with basil pesto, bacon jam, tomato, and red onion.
Will do the others for lunch this week.

    Happy Spring everybody.
