  • April Fool's Meatloaf.

Woke up this morning, had some breakfast, and immediately thought about what was for dinner.
Don't laugh, I know I'm not alone here.

Anyway, the woman unit says, "How a meatloaf for dinner?" "I'm in!" I replied.
Off to the store I went and she started by getting ready some of the ingredients.
This is her recipe, and I must say it is really good.

Fired up the Egg, prepared the loaf, and you can see how it came out. No plated pics, but we had some buttered mashed potatoes and some glazed carrots with it.

And as always, thanks for looking.

Ketchup, brown sugar, and a splash of apple cider vinegar.

Thanks for the compliments and points guys.
