  • Mother's Day / Birthday Dino Bones

So my son was born on the day after Mother's Day. We went to his house on Mother's Day to celebrate both. I got up Sunday morning and cooked some Dino Bones.

Mad Hunky GP rubbed Short Ribs:

Started the minion with the Vortex and remnants of my last lump cook. Figured it wouldn't hurt anything. It didn't.

Decided to glaze with 1/2 Stubbs sauce and 1/2 Frankonia Dunkel

    And the money shot:

They were very tasty and were a hit. As always, Thanks For Lookin'
